Amazing studio (37 sqm) city center/Enge (Wille 4)

Nice-located apartment, accommodating staff, but very thin walls and lacking basic amenities Positive: Well located, the staff was accommodating for an early check-in Negative: Very thin wall, we would hear the neighbours speak as if they were in the same room. The fact that the most basic amenities were not provided (washing soap, detergent…) was far from ideal. Having us purchase our own just for a couple of days is not ideal.

Nice, warm, quiet apartment. Excellent location. Great transportation possibilities. Positive: Excellent location. Right next to Enge train/tram/bus station (30m). Zürich Airport to Enge costs around 8 euro a ticket, direct connection, 18-20 minutes by S2 train. More connections available but this is the easiest one. You can visit all of Zürich's center by foot. To the lake, 5 minutes, city center, Opernhaus only a 10-minute walk. To the Sihlcity Shopping Mall also around 10 minutes. Main shopping street (Bahnhofstraße) 5 minutes. ETH University, Hospital and China Garten maybe 20-25 minutes. FIFA Museum is on the other side of the street for the football fans. Quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbours. On the ground floor of the building there is a Thai restaurant (also with take-away menu); on the other side of the street, an italian and a japanese one. Grocery shops (Migros, Coop), McDonald's, Starbucks and other fast foods around the train station. Many have long opening hours and are also open until late on Sunday, which was very useful for us. If the building door gives you trouble, just push it a little bit harder immediately after the buzzing sound. Everything you need is in the apartment and everything works. Very warm apartment; even with the heating off in January, the room temperature didn't go below 20-21°C during the day.

Great location comfortable apartment Positive: Brilliant location close to the city centre. Spacious apartment with a comfy bed. Host gave clear instructions for entry. Negative: Although the kitchen was well equipped with utensils it would have been nice if there had been tea and coffee available too to save us buying some for the few days we were there. There was also a miscommunication with the cleaner regarding our check out time, we got woken up by the cleaner entering the flat.

Positive: Great location and convenient for exploring Zurich. The space itself was fine and matched the photos provided. Negative: However, the building was very noisy and you could easily hear the neighbors. Also, no basic supplies were provided (such as soap or shampoo), which was disappointing.

Ideale plek voor een verblijf in het centrum van Zurich Positive: Fijn appartement op een goede locatie. Alles was netjes schoon en alle faciliteiten waren in goede conditie. Goed verblijf gehad. Negative: Ik kan eigenlijk weinig bedenken dat tegenviel. Als ik dan toch iets moet noemen, is het misschien het zelf moeten wegbrengen van het afval. Je krijgt daarvoor wel een vuilniszak. In een hotelsituatie zou dat normaal gesproken voor je worden gedaan - maar dit is een appartement en niet een hotel dus heeft me verder niet gestoord.
